Aidiance; web widget, WhatsApp, Instagram, X, Google İşletme ve YouTube gibi kanallar üzerinden müşteri iletişimi ve otomasyon sağlayan bir SaaS platformudur.
2. Hesap
Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz erişimi derhal bildirmeniz gerekir.
3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Yasadışı, spam, yanıltıcı veya üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal eden içerik için platformu kullanamazsınız. Bağladığınız kanalların (Meta, Google, YouTube vb.) kendi kurallarına uymak sizin yükümlülüğünüzdür.
4. Üçüncü taraf API’ler
Google, Meta, OpenAI ve benzeri sağlayıcıların API’leri üzerinden veri işlenebilir. Bu sağlayıcıların koşulları ayrıca geçerlidir. Aidiance, üçüncü taraf kesinti veya politika değişikliklerinden sorumlu tutulamaz.

2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account credentials and must notify us of unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal, spam, deceptive activity, or content that infringes third-party rights. You must comply with the policies of connected providers (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
4. Third-party APIs
Data may be processed through APIs of Google, Meta, OpenAI and similar providers. Their terms also apply. Aidiance is not liable for third-party outages or policy changes.
